The products from Trotting Treats are perishable and therefore, cannot be returned. Although we wrap our products heavily and securely for shipment, we cannot control the conditions (e.g. humidity, trauma to boxes, etc) during the shipment process. Most products arrive in perfect condition; however, if you receive a shipment that is damaged beyond reason, please reach out to us. Tell us your concern and send us pictures of the issue. Please also do the same if you feel your order was unsatisfactory or incomplete. We love our customers and will do our best to satisfy you!
Refund or replacement requests submitted 15 days after product delivery (per shipment tracking) will not be considered.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving your emailed concern.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
